Formula

Score = LOC + Amnesia + GCS<15 + Severe Mechanism. Score=0 low risk

No LOC, no amnesia, normal GCS

  • Any Amnesia: 0
  • GCS < 15 or abnormal behavior: 0
  • Severe mechanism (MVC, fall >10ft, struck by car): 0

Score 0 = Low risk
