Age In Weeks Calculator

The Age in Weeks Calculator tells you how many whole weeks old you are. Enter your birth date and it counts the completed weeks from then until today.

Formula

Weeks = Total Days ÷ 7 (rounded down)
  • The calculator counts the whole days between your birth date and today, then divides by 7 to get completed weeks.
  • Leftover days that don't make a full week are not counted.
  • Because it uses actual elapsed days, leap years are handled automatically.
  • A future birth date returns zero weeks.

Example Calculation

Inputs
  • Birth Date: 2000-01-01

Someone born on 1 January 2000 has lived well over 1,000 weeks; the calculator shows the completed-week count up to today.
