Formula
Sum of points for age, smoking, diabetes, MI, prior PCI/MI, stent size, stent type, CHF/LVEF, and vein graft PCI
- A score of 2 or more suggests that continuing DAPT beyond 12 months may reduce ischaemic events more than it increases bleeding.
- A score below 2 suggests bleeding risk may outweigh benefit.
