Beauty Product Cost Per Use Calculator

PKR
Estimated applications you get from one container.

Work out the real cost of a beauty or skincare product per use and how long it will last. Enter the price, how many uses are in the container and how often you use it, and the calculator shows your cost per use, monthly cost and roughly how many days the product will last.

Formula

Cost per use = Price ÷ Uses per container; Monthly cost = cost per use × uses per month
  • Cost per use = product price ÷ the number of uses you get from one container.
  • How long it lasts = uses per container ÷ uses per week (converted to days).
  • Monthly cost = cost per use × average uses per month (weekly uses × 4.345 weeks).
  • A pricier product with many uses can work out cheaper per use than a cheap one you finish quickly.
  • Uses per container is an estimate — pumps, drops or pea-sized amounts all change how far a product goes.

Rs 3,000 serum, 60 uses, used daily

Inputs
  • Product Price: 3000 PKR
  • Uses per Container: 60
  • Uses per Week: 7

Cost per use = 3000 ÷ 60 = Rs 50. Used 7 times a week, it lasts 60 ÷ 7 ≈ 8.6 weeks (about 60 days), and costs roughly Rs 1,520 per month.

Frequently asked questions

Why calculate cost per use?
Sticker price alone can mislead. A product that costs more but lasts far longer may be cheaper per use, which is the figure that actually affects your budget.
How do I estimate uses per container?
Check the label or count applications: e.g. a 30 ml serum at a few drops per use might give 50–60 uses. Adjust as you learn how fast you finish it.
How is the monthly cost worked out?
It multiplies the cost per use by your average uses per month (weekly uses × 4.345), giving a realistic monthly spend for that product.
Can I compare two products with this?
Yes — run each product through the calculator and compare cost per use and monthly cost to see which is better value.
